Emeralda Interpretive Wildlife Drive

Early arriving guests talk with Commissioner Hanson. The gate is officially opened and secured by Nels Parson of SJRWMD.

Lake County Commissioner Catherine Hanson welcomes all to the new wildlife drive. Also speaking were Jeff Cole of the SJRWMD and Elizabeth Ballard, OVAS president. The ceremony included traveling along the Drive to see the beautiful wetlands and birds. Below OVAS's Bob Rogers explains the work required to achieve this new ecotourism attraction.
