Oklawaha Valley Audubon Society

Membership Information & Application

There are two ways to join the Oklawaha Valley Audubon Society. You may join the Chapter directly or you may become a Natiional Audubon member, which includes chapter membership.

National Audubon Society Membership The most popular membership with the most benefits is a triple membership that includes the OVAS Chapter, Audubon of Florida and the National Audubon Society. Members receive three levels of benefits, including all newsletters, Audubon magazine, guided field trips, discounts at National Audubon nature centers and representation to promote nature conservation and birding environments. This a National membership that is valid throughout the United States.Initial Membership is $20, $15 for those 62 or older. Continuing annual membership is $35 or $15 for seniors 62 and older.

Oklawaha Valley Audubon Society Membership You may alternately choose to join the Oklawaha Valley Audubon Society directly. This is a chapter membership good for all local activities and newsletters. Annual cost is $15 per household. It is ideal for those who wish to support only OVAS or for OVAS supporters who are Audubon members in other Chapters.

You can start receiving your benefits now by completing the membership form and enclosing the membership fee. Please send your check and application to the address shown on the appropriate application below:

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL


A word of explanation about membership renewal. If you renew with this chapter, the cost per family is $15 per year and the entire amount supports the chapter. This includes all Audubon benefits except the Magazine. If you wish to renew with National, they will send you a notice of the time due and amount.
