Regular Meetings
Regular meetings are held at the
Trout Lake Nature Center, on the last Tuesday or last Sunday of each month starting
at 1:30 P.M., from October through April, except in December. The center is located
on County Road 44, one-half mile east of State Route 19, just north of Eustis,
Florida. See map. Meeting presentations, given by nature
and environmental professionals, range from birding and Florida wildlife to habitat
issues. The March meeting will also be our annual meeting and potluck dinner.
Starting time is 6:00 P.M. for this event. See the calendar
of events for the exact dates.
Joint TLNC MeetingsThis year OVAS is again holding joint monthly meetings and nature presentations with the Trout Lake nature Center. This is the reason our meetings may be on the last Sunday (TLNC's normal meeting day) or on the last Tuesday (OVAS's normal meeting day.) All meetings are held at the Trout Lake Nature Center.
OVAS Board MeetingsThe OVAS Board of Officers meet monthly on the first Tuesday of the month starting at 1:30 PM. Meetings are at the Trout Lake Nature Center. All are welcome to attend. Page Revised 5/29/02 |
